Winter Wear Donations
More great news!
In addition to the winter wear that will be collected on Saturday and Sunday, Rise Again is bringing their clothing-and-supplies-packed bus to the meal. What a blessing! Learn more about their great local outreach at http://riseagainoutreach.org/.
Also, Friends of Forgotten Children is donating winter wear as well! Friends of Forgotten Children is "a dynamic grassroots organization that helps to meet the needs of families and individuals in Concord and the surrounding communities." Learn more here: http://www.fofc-nh.org/
We are humbled and awed to join forces with such great organizations. Thank you to everyone!

Van Donation
Lakes Region Charter & Shuttle Service has "donated" two vans and two drivers for this event! They felt this was such a worthy cause that they are covering the cost themselves. Many thanks to Becky and the gang at LRSTNH.COM !
2 Days Away!
Can it be? We are just two days away from the Concord Family Thanksgiving.
THANK YOU to all our wonderful volunteers, cooks, and donors!
I'm putting together all the details now and will be sending emails tonight to those who have signed up.

Updates From Today's Discussion @ Sonlight
At a meeting today after services, Sonlight Christian Fellowship members decided:
- To provide SANDWICH LUNCHES in addition to goodie bags
- To again hold a RAFFLE with gift card prizes
- To hold a COAT DRIVE at the meal
- To advertise the event/drive in the LOUDON LEDGER
- Where to POST SIGNS advertising the event
- That we should INVITE anyone who is in need of a meal or an invitation
Thanks to all who could make it. Please add a comment below if you have a question or suggestion.
Thanks for the donation!
Sending out a very special THANK YOU to the members of West Congregational Church in Concord, who have generously offered to assemble and donate goodie bags for our guests this year.
In the past, goodie bags have contained snacks and treats. However, this year they may also contain everyday necessities recommended by Reach 4 Hope. A great improvement!
These take-away bags have been a tradition at the meal since the beginning, and we are so grateful to those who are giving their time and money to provide these items. Thank you again!
